A visual & culinary journey between Sardinia & Ameland. ISTRANZOS brings together photography, traditional Sardinian recipes & the personal story behind our shared kitchen. Created in collaboration with my husband, the book explores the meeting of two distant islands through food, memory & carefully selected island ingredients. Each chapter combines recipes, photographs & intimate reflections, revealing how culinary traditions can travel, evolve & create a sense of belonging far from their place of origin.
